We aim to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not, we offer the following refund policy:

Returns
You may return any unopened and unused products within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, The product must be in its original packaging and condition. Unless agreed upon by Dymech Engineering, all return fees are the responsibility of the customer. 

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product. If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
